Warranty Coverage: Our 2-year warranty covers the following issues:

  1. Shipping Damage: In the rare event that your product arrives damaged during shipping, we will replace it free of charge.

  3. Quality Defects: Our warranty includes protection against any manufacturing or quality defects that may arise during normal use.
Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Negligence: Any damage caused by negligence or improper handling.

  2. Improper Use: Damage resulting from using the product in a manner not specified in the user manual.

  3. Abuse: Damage due to intentional misuse, abuse, or neglect of the product.

  4. Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accidents or unforeseen events.

  6. Products Purchased from Unauthorized Platforms: Warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from Beatto or authorized retailers. Products bought from platforms like Amazon or other unauthorized sellers are not covered.

Warranty Claim Process:

Step 2: Provide the following information:

  • b. Pictures or video clearly showing the defective item.
Step 3: After the inspection and confirmation of the issue, we will promptly provide you with a replacement free of charge.
